This is a Collins of Texas bag, undated but possibly attributed to 1970 or 1971. This design also can be found in the original Enid Collins produced bags. Some of Enid's most popular designs were continued for the first couple of years after the Tandy Company purchased Enid's business. This appears to be one of them and was one of her most special designs, highly coveted today.
Measures a little over 12" across the top x 10-1/2" high. Genuine leather handles, clasp, and trim. Bright bold colors really stand out.
Absolutely Excellnet Condition. There are no stains, water marks, or other marks on the canvas. No missing decoration. The slightest hint of insignificant rubbing wear on a couple of the rhinestones. No discoloration on the painted areas.
The inside is immaculate, looks unused. The handles have no cracking lines, just some small ridges (no color cracked through.) The undersides of the handles are not soiled. There are a couple of teeny marks on the leather trim. We have included a photo of the largest which is pretty small.
Not quite mint but extremely hard to find this excellent!
