Marshmallow soft vinyl, colorful creation. No signature. We are guessing from the 80's, maybe. Nice medium size, measuring 15" at bottom, 10" wide at narrower top x 7-1/4" high. Nicely lined with 2 open pockets and one zippered.
Like new condition. Appears never used.
