A Little Bit Funky; A Little Bit Classic

Funky or classic? We think it's a funky classic creation. Often described as bakelite handles, we think these are actually lucite. They do not test for bakelite. But who cares, whatever they are they're great! They click over one another to close.
This bag measures 8-1/4" high (almost 12" with the handles) x 10-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" deep. Off white or cream-colored vinyl that is smooth and nicely shiny (but is not patent leather.) This bag is not signed.
Near Mint Condition! No nicks, scrapes, stains, spots, or yellowing on the vinyl, not even on the bottom. The handles close perfectly. There is a gap on the frame on the top (see photo) when the handles are closed, but appears it was made this way. Nothing's gonna fall out larger than a hairpin and who turns their purse upside down anyway? The inside has very light soiling on the cloth lining, but the exterior is so near perfect.
Why be ordinary? Carry a funky classic creation.
